Privacy policy
Leck Tech LLC (“we”) runs lecktechllc.com. This policy explains what information the site collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to enter (company, phone, service, company size, message).
- Cyber Risk Scorecard: your answers are scored in your own browser and are not sent anywhere unless you click “Send my results.” If you do, we receive your name, email address, company (if entered), your answers and your score.
- Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and to run the Turnstile spam check on our forms.
The site uses no advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to email you a copy of your scorecard results when you ask for one, and to follow up about your request. We do not add you to a mailing list and we never sell or share your information for marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to our business email and as a private notification to our phone. They are not stored in a website database. Email is sent through our email delivery provider (Resend) and received in our business mailbox, where it is kept as ordinary business correspondence. The phone notification is sent through a push notification service (ntfy), which may hold it briefly in order to deliver it. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your messages and scorecard results, or ask what we hold about you, by emailing tristan@lecktechinc.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
