Is it safe to put business data into AI tools?
It depends on the plan and the settings. Business tiers of the major tools can keep your data out of model training, but only if they are configured correctly and staff use the approved accounts. That is most of what we set up.
We are not technical. Is automation still worth it?
Usually the best candidates are boring: a weekly report someone builds by hand, or the same ten steps every time an employee starts. If a task is repeated and predictable, it can probably be automated.
